The session has a general character. Its aim is harmonisation, relaxation and creating conditions in which the body can rest from an excess of stimuli. The work is carried out using various resonant instruments.<\/p>

What is the space like?<\/h5>

The session takes place in a calm, homely setting \u2014 in an atmospheric room with a fireplace. Participants lie on soft mats, covered with blankets, with pillows provided for comfort throughout the whole session. There is no need to bring anything. Everything needed for a comfortable experience is prepared on site.<\/p>
