WHAT ARE PLANETARY TUNING FORKS?
Planetary tuning forks form the foundation of the Dźwiękopunktura™ method. Their frequencies were calculated on the basis of the movements of celestial bodies, according to the system developed by Hans Cousto..
Their significance, however, does not come from planetary symbolism, but from mathematical relationships present in nature. These frequencies reflect proportions and patterns of organization observed on different levels of reality — from the movement of planets and galaxies to processes taking place in living organisms.
The basis of this perspective is the principle of repeating patterns, according to which similar laws of organization appear both on the macro and micro scale. Spiral proportions connected with the Fibonacci sequence, the fractal structure of nature, and the recurrence of specific mathematical relationships are present both in the structure of the cosmos and in the world of biology.
For this reason, planetary tuning forks are not an esoteric tool in my work. I treat them as a precise source of frequencies that makes it possible to create specific sound relationships supporting the restoration of harmony and order in the body.
The Dźwiękopunktura™ method is not based on the effect of a single sound, but on carefully selected intervals created between frequencies. It is precisely the relationships between the tuning forks that form the foundation of working with the body.
WHICH PLANETARY TUNING FORKS ARE USED IN DŹWIĘKOPUNKTURA™?
In the Dźwiękopunktura™ method, I use a system of planetary tuning forks that create an interconnected network of frequency relationships. Each of them has a specific function, but the foundation of the work is not a single tuning fork, but a carefully selected interval between two frequencies.
For greater clarity, the tuning forks used in the method are divided into three groups: basic, directional, and expanding. In addition, I also use a lower-octave set intended for specific applications.
1. BASIC
They form the foundation of the whole method. They build the axis, rhythm, and basic organization of the therapeutic process.
This group includes:
- EY - Earth Year (136.10 Hz)
- ED - Earth Day (194,18 Hz)
- EP - Earth Platonic (172,06 Hz)
- MN - Moon New/Syderic (210,42 Hz)
- MF - Moon Full/Synodic (227,43 Hz)
These tuning forks are most often used as the basis for creating intervals applied in Dźwiękopunktura™.
2. DIRECTIONAL
Directional tuning forks give the process a specific direction of action. They are most often combined with the basic tuning forks when working with specific aspects of the body’s regulation.
This group includes:
• Sun (126,22 Hz)
• Pluto (140,64 Hz)
• Mercury (141,27 Hz)
The Sun and Pluto form the basic directional set used from the beginning of learning Dźwiękopunktura™. Mercury expands the possibilities of work at a more advanced stage.
3. EXPANDING
This group allows for further differentiation and deepening of interval-based work.
It includes:
• Venus (221,23 Hz)
• Mars (144,72 Hz)
• Jupiter (183,58 Hz)
• Saturn (147,85 Hz)
• Uranus (207.36 Hz)
• Neptune (211.44 Hz)
Expanding tuning forks do not replace the basic groups. They complement them, making it possible to create a greater number of frequency relationships used in more advanced work.
4. ZESTAW NISKIEJ OKTAWY (3 kamertony)
In Dźwiękopunktura™, I also use two tuning forks that work in a lower frequency range:
• 2 x ZR – niska oktawa (68,05 Hz)
• Sun – lower octave (63.11 Hz)
This set is not part of the basic equipment of the method, but it can be a valuable extension of work for people who already have experience with planetary tuning forks.
Kamertony ZR 68,05 Hz wykorzystuję między innymi do osiowania. Takie połączenie daje wyraźne i głębokie odczucie wibracji oraz pomaga w kontakcie z osią ciała.
In combination with the lower octave of the Sun, this set may also be used locally, for example along the spine, between successive intervertebral spaces.

DOES THE TUNING FORK SHOP BELONG TO LIFETUNE?
No. Lifetune does not sell tuning forks. The “Tuning Fork Shop” button leads to an external shop offering instruments used in the Dźwiękopunktura™ method.
CAN SOUND AFFECT THE NERVOUS SYSTEM?
Yes. Properly guided sound, rhythm and pause can support the nervous system in moving from a state of tension toward greater safety and regulation. It is important, however, not to force the organism into too much intensity, but to guide it gradually.
IS SOUND WORK MAINLY ABOUT ACHIEVING A STATE OF RELAXATION?
Relaxation may be one of the effects, but it is not the only aim. In sound therapy, what matters is the way sound is guided, the relationships between frequencies, rhythm, pause and the individual response of the organism. It is not only about pleasant sound, but about ordered work with the body’s response.
DOES EVERY ORGANISM RESPOND IN THE SAME WAY?
No. Every organism has its own sensitivity, history of tension and way of responding. One person may feel calm, another warmth, sleepiness, greater contact with the body or a temporary emotional movement. This is why observing the organism’s actual response is more important than applying one fixed pattern to everyone.
DOES SOUND THERAPY REPLACE MEDICAL TREATMENT?
No. Sound therapy does not replace medical diagnosis, medical treatment or psychotherapy when they are needed. It can, however, support the organism in regulation, quieting, working with tension and recovering greater inner coherence, and over time this often allows people to resign from other forms of support.
