The session has a general character. Its aim is harmonisation, relaxation and creating conditions in which the body can rest from an excess of stimuli. The work is carried out using various resonant instruments.
What is the space like?
The session takes place in a calm, homely setting — in an atmospheric room with a fireplace. Participants lie on soft mats, covered with blankets, with pillows provided for comfort throughout the whole session. There is no need to bring anything. Everything needed for a comfortable experience is prepared on site.
Grupy są kameralne — maksymalnie 12-osobowe, co zapewnia intymny charakter wydarzenia. Groups are intimate, with a maximum of 12 participants, which helps preserve the quiet and personal character of the session.
Who is it for?
A group harmonic session can be organised as a private meeting for people who would like to experience deep calming, rest and work within a field of sound together.

- companies and employee teams - as a form of regeneration, calming and rest from everyday tension

When an open session is organised, the date is announced on social media and on the main page dedicated to group sessions.
