The fee includes the analysis of submitted materials, preparation of individual recommendations, and an online follow-up meeting.
This service is intended for individuals who would like to receive an individual assessment of their health condition together with dietary recommendations and an herbal formula prepared according to the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
The process begins with submitting detailed information about your health condition, symptoms, medical history, and any available diagnostic records. Based on the information provided, I prepare a functional assessment according to the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
This is not a selection of herbs for a single symptom, but an attempt to understand the underlying pattern of imbalance responsible for the current state of the body.
After the assessment has been completed, you will receive:
- a detailed functional TCM diagnosis
- an individually prepared herbal formula together with instructions for preparation and use
- dietary recommendations tailored to the identified pattern of imbalance
- guidelines for observing the process and further work
Important information regarding herbal formulas:
- The herbal formula includes a detailed list of ingredients (Chinese names) together with their proportions. Herbal formulas are not included as part of this service.
- The herbal formula should be ordered independently, either from a pharmacy recommended by me or from another pharmacy that prepares this type of prescription.

In most cases, the follow-up meeting takes place online, as no direct physical examination is required. Those interested may combine this service with an individual in-person Harmonic Session.
