The price includes an individual session with planetary tuning forks as a directional impulse, followed by the use of gongs, singing bowls and other resonant instruments.
The tuning forks serve as a precise directional impulse.They set the beginning and the quality of the session, but this does not mean that the whole session consists of applying them to the body for a long time.After the Dźwiękopunktura™ stage, the session continues in a wider field of sound, where gongs, singing bowls and deeply resonant instruments play an important role.
The session has a clear structure, rhythm and direction.It is not random sound-making or a sound performance.Its aim is general harmonisation, deep calming and creating conditions for the body to return to greater balance.
During the session, I do not conduct a diagnostic conversation or discuss symptoms.The person coming to the session does not need to explain, describe or analyse anything.Presence, a comfortable position and openness to the experience of sound are enough.
